The Extra Mile Sales Incentive Programme, launched in 2022, aims to inspire and recognise our frontline staff across key markets—the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and the Cayman Islands—for meeting and exceeding their sales targets. This programme which rewards the top three performing agents monthly was developed to create a structured way to reward our dedicated team members who consistently go above and beyond in their sales efforts.
The third phase of the programme began on July 1, 2024, and will conclude on March 31, 2025. Below are the top performing agents in USA Southeast, Northeast and The Cayman Islands.
